Field Service Engineer (M/F)

Responsibilities:

Manage and perform technical interventions on customer equipment (after-sales service, maintenance contracts, and ad-hoc orders)

Ensure the effectiveness of interventions while respecting contractual deadlines and budgets

Provide reporting on interventions, leveraging lessons learned

Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment

Participate in customer acceptance testing phases in collaboration with the equipment design and manufacturing manager

Update technical documentation

Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Service Engineer role, ideally within the semiconductor/implant sector.

Education:

Graduate of an engineering school in the fields of electrical engineering and automation

Skills for success:

Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, thermal engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, service providers, and customers during after-sales service interventions

Proficiency in CAD software

Ensure the Safety of interventions and adherence to quality standards

Comfortable with regular travel within China

A real asset:

Prior experience in after-sales service for semiconductor machinery or machines using vacuum technology
